Ingredients: 2 oranges, 2 carrots and 0.5 cm of ginger 

1. Clean and shred the carrots.

2. Peel the ginger.

3. Squeeze the 4 oranges. 

4. Squeeze the carrots and ginger in a juicer. 

5. Mix the juices.

6. Serve very fresh.
